Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g jacket potatoes
- 1 pack of diced ham
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 gherkins
- 1 carrot(s)
- 1 apple, sour
- 1 beefsteak tomato(s) or pepper
- ½ ring/s of meat sausage
- 1 pack of herbs – 8-herb mix, frozen
- 2 cups of cream
- pepper
- Salt
- garlic powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Slice the boiled potatoes and add the crispy fried ham cubes. Dice the onion, cucumber, carrots, apple, tomato, and sausage. Add to the potatoes and mix everything together. Mix the cream with the herbs and spices and pour over the salad. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
