Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bag of vegetables (summer vegetables, frozen, approx. 1 kg)
  • 1 tbsp, leveled celery salt
  • 1 tbsp, sautéed lovage, dried
  • some salt
  • 1 onion(s)
  • some caraway
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 2 tbsp oat flakes
  • 2 bay leaves
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

low-calorie, very tasty vegetable soup

Roast the onion and oatmeal in a large pot. Add the vegetables and pour in enough water to cover everything. Add the stock cubes, bay leaves, and spices and simmer until the soup has a thick consistency and the vegetables are tender. Season to taste, then serve.
