Gratinated Chicken Breast

The perfect gratinated chicken breast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Chicken breast
  • 10 Mini Cocktail Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Wild garlic fresh
  • 60 g Mild goat cheese
  • 60 g Oil
  • Steak pepper
  1. Cut the breast into larger pieces. Halve the washed tomatoes, coarsely chop the wild garlic.
  2. First fry the chicken slices in a little oil over medium heat.
  3. Turn it over, add the tomatoes, sprinkle with wild garlic, cover with the two cheese slices.
  4. Put the lid on the pan and wait for the cheese to melt.
  5. Season with steak pepper.
