Gratinated Chicken Breast
The perfect gratinated chicken breast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Chicken breast
- 10 Mini Cocktail Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Wild garlic fresh
- 60 g Mild goat cheese
- 60 g Oil
- Steak pepper
- Cut the breast into larger pieces. Halve the washed tomatoes, coarsely chop the wild garlic.
- First fry the chicken slices in a little oil over medium heat.
- Turn it over, add the tomatoes, sprinkle with wild garlic, cover with the two cheese slices.
- Put the lid on the pan and wait for the cheese to melt.
- Season with steak pepper.
