Gratinated potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 100 g bacon
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • n. B. cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • rosemary
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

(Potatoes)

Boil the potatoes in their skins. Peel them, cut off a top, and hollow them out. Peel and dice the onion. Dice the bacon. Brown the onion and bacon in a pan, then add the insides of the potatoes. Add the grated cheese and season with salt, pepper, rosemary, and parsley. Fill the potatoes with the filling and replace the lid. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes. Serve as a side dish or with a herb sauce (made with cream, salt, and chives) as a main course.
