Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 tsp capers
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • 1 pepper, pickled
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • ½ onion(s), red
  • 70 g feta cheese
  • 8 green olives
  • 40 ml olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • chili flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Add the pasta. Finely chop all the remaining ingredients and mix. The resulting sauce should resemble a coarse pesto. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes, if desired. Drain the pasta and reserve the cooking water. Toss the pasta with the sauce and add the pasta water (about 100 ml) until a slightly creamy consistency is reached.
