Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 2 Red peppers
  • 180 g Feta cheese
  • 400 Milliliters Cream
  • 500 g Pasta penne
  • 100 g Gauda rubbed
  • 125 g Creme fraische with herbs
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Tomato paste
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • Dried oregano
  • Chilli from the mill
  • Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut the bell pepper and garlic into small cubes. Boil the pasta in a pan with salted water until al dente and pour into a colander.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the minced meat in it. Add diced paprika and diced garlic and stir in. Add the cream and tomato paste, stir and let simmer over low heat. Crumble the feta cheese over it and mix in. Now season everything with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano and chilli to taste.
  • Put the noodle in a large bowl, add the minced meat mixture and mix everything together. Now put everything in a prepared baking dish. Spread the creme fraiche on top as a swab and sprinkle everything with the grated Gauda. Place the casserole in the oven preheated to 180 degrees upper and lower heat and bake for about 30 minutes until it is golden brown.
