Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400g spaghetti
- salt water
- 400 g asparagus, green
- 200g Gorgonzola
- 2 bulb(s)
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vegetable broth
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions. Finely chop the spring onions, slice the asparagus, and dice the pears. Sauté in a pan with a little olive oil. Add the milk and Gorgonzola cheese, and season with vegetable stock and pepper. Add the spaghetti to the sauce and serve.
