Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 m.-large apple, organic
  • 1 small banana(s), organic
  • 100 g spinach (baby spinach), organic
  • 100 g lamb’s lettuce, (chickpea lettuce), organic
  • some stalks of parsley, fresh
  • 2 leaves of iceberg lettuce
  • 500 ml mineral water, still water, alternatively tap water, or coconut water
  • 1 lemon(s), organic
  • possibly syrup (agave syrup)
  • possibly ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the fruit and vegetables if necessary. Chop the apple and banana into small pieces. Chop the iceberg lettuce slightly. Squeeze the lemon. First, place the apple and banana pieces into a high-performance blender, then add the spinach, lamb’s lettuce, parsley, and iceberg lettuce. Add the lemon juice and remaining liquid. If desired, you can refine the smoothie with a little agave syrup (raw food grade). If desired, you can also add 1-2 ice cubes. Blend all ingredients vigorously until smooth.
