Grilled Pumpkin with Grana Padano Cream and Lamb’s Lettuce
The perfect grilled pumpkin with grana padano cream and lamb’s lettuce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
for the cheese cream:
- 200 g Cream cheese double cream setting
- 50 g Grana Padano, grated
- 50 g Walnuts
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 8 Sage leaves
for the salad:
- 200 g Lamb’S lettuce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Oil
- Peel the 1-2 cm thick butternut slices and fry them in a grill pan on both sides with a little oil for about 10 minutes. Let cool slightly, season with salt and cut a hole in the middle with a serving ring, for example.
- Finely chop walnuts, garlic and sage leaves, mix with the remaining ingredients of the cheese cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Wash, clean and dry the lettuce. Mix honey, mustard, vinegar and oil into a creamy dressing.
- Put the cheese cream in the pumpkin ring and serve with the lamb’s lettuce.
