Ingredients

Lamb's lettuce

  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 150 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 tbsp Thomy mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Sear the beef steak hips on both sides - as you like and season with salt and pepper. Cut the pumpkin into wedges, I removed the rind, seared it on both sides and also seasoned it with salt and pepper.
  • Wash the lamb's lettuce well and let it drain. Finely dice the onion and place in a salad bowl, mix with the mayonnaise and the spices. Add the salad and stir vigorously so that the dressing mixes with the salad. It is best to prepare the salad shortly before eating, as lamb's lettuce can quickly become unsightly and mushy.
  • Arrange the steaks and salad on the plate and garnish with the pumpkin wedges. you can also sprinkle them diced over the salad.
