Grilled Squid Tubes
The perfect grilled squid tubes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Pc. Squid tubes
- 1 Pc. Lemon, the juice of it
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Greek spice mix or sheep cheese seasoning
- 1 Pc. Clove of garlic, chopped
- Salt pepper
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- Cut into the washed and cleaned tubes along the right and left sides at a distance of approx. 1 cm to just about the middle. It’s very easy, the best thing is to just take a quick look at the picture.
- Mix the ingredients for the marinade and rub the tubes with them and marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Turn once halfway through and make sure that the marinade is rubbed into everything.
- Grill the tubes on the grill for a few minutes on each side. Serve with lemon wedges.
- A delicious feta yoghurt dip goes well with it: I simply pureed a cup of Greek yoghurt with 150 g feta cheese, 1 clove of garlic, pepper, 1 tbsp lemon juice and some Obatzda spice (but also tastes good with feta cheese). Fold in the chopped parsley and the dip is ready.
