Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 m.-large zucchini, sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • e.g. breadcrumbs
  • 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped, to taste
  • e.g. Parmesan
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Italian recipe

Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Wash the zucchini, but do not peel it. Cut it into 1 cm thick slices. Place the zucchini slices on the parchment paper, sprinkle with salt, and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic and breadcrumbs (1 tablespoon per slice) and finally sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (also 1 tablespoon per slice). Set the oven to 220°C or grill and grill the zucchini slices for 30 minutes.
