- 230 ml Madara mai dumi
- 40 g Lätta ko man shanu
- 30 g sugar
- 10 g Salt
- 1 kwai
- 1 Pck Busasshen yisti
- Sesame
Umurnai
- Knead duk sinadaran a cikin kullu kuma bari tashi don kimanin 1 hour! Kullun kanta yana da ɗan tauri kuma mai ɗaci! Duba hoto! Amma dole ya zama haka!
- Gari da aikin da kuma raba kullu zuwa sassa 9-10 tare da gari da siffar cikin bukukuwa. Juya ƙwallan kullu a ƙasa ko juya su ciki, (don bayyana wauta) 😀 wannan yana haifar da yanayi mai kyau, santsi, zagaye a saman! Sanya a kan takardar burodi da aka lullube da takardar burodi kuma a daidaita!
Yi zafi da tanda zuwa 180 digiri Celsius!
- Bari kullu ya huta don kimanin minti 20-40! Tare da mintuna 20 kuna samun kyawawan buns mai lebur, tare da mintuna 40 kuna samun babban buns! 🙂 Bayan mintuna 20 kullu bai tashi sosai ba! Amma kuma ya kamata lamarin ya kasance! A goge da ruwa a yayyafa da tsaban sesame!
- Gasa buns na kimanin minti 15-20! Bari a huce!
- Yanke buɗaɗɗen kafin a shafa kuma a gasa kaɗan a cikin tanda ko gasa!
