- 1 small onion(s)
- 3 herring fillets
- 2 tbsp oil
- n. B. Pfeffer
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 27 minutes
with herring and eggs
Hard-boil the eggs. Dice the eggs, onion, and herring fillets. Mix everything together with the oil and season with pepper. Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. Tastes especially good on toast or a roll, with a cold beer.
