Sopa huaʻai ʻuala:
- 800 g ʻuala nui, waxy

- 2 ka palaoa Me ka bata

- 100 ml ka wai
- 75 g ʻAilima huila

Sopa huaʻai ʻuala:
- Peel a holoi i ka ʻuala a ʻokiʻoki i loko o nā cubes liʻiliʻi. Peel a ʻokiʻoki i nā aniani. Peel a ʻokiʻoki maikaʻi i nā ʻōpala kālika. Deglaze / ninini i loko o ka waihona meaʻai (2 lita / 8 tsp stock instant). ʻO ka manawa me ka paʻakai (1 teaspoon), ka pepa kala mai ka wili (1 teaspoon) a me ka grated marjoram (1 teaspoon) a hoʻokuʻu i nā mea a pau e simmer / paila no ka approx. 30 mau minuke me ka pani ʻana o ke poʻi. ʻO ka hope, kau / kau me ka mea hoʻonani Maggi (1 tbsp).
