Hazelnut Toffifee Muffins

The perfect hazelnut toffifee muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 200 g Ground hazelnuts
  • 200 g Butter
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 100 g Nutella
  • 3 Eggs
  • 15 Toffifees
  1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C and grease the muffin tray well or put paper baking cases in the hollows. Mix the flour, baking powder and hazelnuts in a bowl.
  2. In a second bowl, beat butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, Nutella and gradually the eggs until frothy. Add the flour mixture and stir everything together.
  3. Fill the mold halfway with the batter, place a Toffifee on each, cover with the remaining batter and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
