Healthy Ice Cream

The perfect healthy ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the blueberry ice cream:

  • 100 g Banana
  • 100 g Blueberries
  • 60 g Raspberries
  • 60 g Greek yogurt
  • 50 ml Coconut water

For the pineapple ice cream:

  • 100 g Banana
  • 50 g Pineapple
  • 60 g Greek yogurt
  • 30 ml Freshly squeezed orange juice

For the spinach and mango ice cream:

  • 100 g Banana
  • 50 g Fresh spinach leaves
  • 60 g Mango
  • 1 Pc. Kiwi
  • 60 g Greek yogurt
  • 20 ml Lime juice

For the peach and mango ice cream:

  • 100 g Banana
  • 60 g Peach
  • 60 g Mango
  • 60 g Greek yogurt
  • 30 ml Freshly squeezed orange juice

For the strawberry and raspberry ice cream:

  • 100 g Banana
  • 100 g Strawberries
  • 60 g Raspberries
  • 60 g Greek yogurt
  • 150 ml Coconut water

Also:

  • 1 Form for popsicles
  1. Finely puree the ingredients for the different types of ice cream in the mixer separately or one after the other and mix well.
  2. Now place the five different colored ice cream masses one after the other in the container of the popsicle maker: First the dark red mass for the blueberry ice cream, above the green spinach-mango ice cream mass, then the yellow pineapple ice cream, followed by the yellow peach-mango -Ice mass. The conclusion is the strawberry and raspberry ice cream.
  3. Place the popsicle container in the freezer and let it freeze overnight.
