Healthy Plum-cinnamon Porridge!

The perfect healthy plum-cinnamon porridge! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 40 g Soft oat flakes
  • 100 ml Milk 3.8
  • 200 ml Water
  • 1 breeze Salt
  • 1 medium sized Fresh plum
  • 1 breeze Cinnamon
  1. Put the milk, water and salt in a small saucepan and bring to the boil briefly
  2. Immediately set the stove to the lowest setting
  3. Add oat flakes and let sear until the oat flakes have absorbed all the liquid. Always stir.
  4. Cut the plum into small pieces
  5. Put the porridge in a bowl and mix in the cinnamon and plum.
  6. Enjoy and if you want, you can add sugar as you wish. For a change: -Banana and a spoonful of Nutella instead of plum and cinnamon – refine with chia seeds and honey
