Healthy Plum-cinnamon Porridge!
The perfect healthy plum-cinnamon porridge! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 40 g Soft oat flakes
- 100 ml Milk 3.8
- 200 ml Water
- 1 breeze Salt
- 1 medium sized Fresh plum
- 1 breeze Cinnamon
- Put the milk, water and salt in a small saucepan and bring to the boil briefly
- Immediately set the stove to the lowest setting
- Add oat flakes and let sear until the oat flakes have absorbed all the liquid. Always stir.
- Cut the plum into small pieces
- Put the porridge in a bowl and mix in the cinnamon and plum.
- Enjoy and if you want, you can add sugar as you wish. For a change: -Banana and a spoonful of Nutella instead of plum and cinnamon – refine with chia seeds and honey
