  • 50 ml Garlic oil
  • 0,2 tsp Raw cane sugar
  • 1,5 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 150 gr Butter
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 2 tsp Chopped parsley
  • Sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix the flour, sugar, salt and yeast, add water and oil and knead into a smooth dough. Let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
  • During this time, prepare the garlic and herb butter. Mix soft butter with chopped garlic and chopped parsley and season with salt.
  • After the walking time, knead the dough again and roll it out thinly, brush with the prepared garlic-herb butter, fold it like an accordion and place with the butter side up in a baking dish or casserole dish lined with baking paper.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake for about 35 minutes. Put a bowl of water in the oven.
