Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 250 g sausage (tea sausage)
- 2 tbsp cream
- 2 tbsp parsley, frozen
- 6 slices of toast
- ½ bunch parsley
- 6 radishes
- 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the fine tea sausage with the cream and frozen parsley. Spread it on the toast and cut out 12 hearts using small cookie cutters. Garnish with fresh parsley, radishes, and egg slices.
