Hearty Beef Soup

Ingredients
 

  • 1 KG Lean soup meat
  • 4 piece Vegetable stock cubes
  • 2 tablespoon Magic spice
  • 5 piece Carrots
  • 200 g Fresh celery
  • 3 Rods Fresh leek
  • 2 piece Parsley root
  • 2 piece Butcher's onion
  • 1 piece Lemon (just the juice)
  • 1 bunch Finely chopped parsley
  • 1 branch Chopped rosemary
  • 1 branch Freshly cut lovage

Instructions
 

  • First, put water in a very large pot to bring it to a boil. Then they start cutting the soup meat into large pieces. Then all the vegetables are cut into bite-sized pieces. Take 4 cubes of vegetable broth (in my KB) under the LINK = vegetable broth (standard) >>> break them through in the middle.
  • As soon as the water boils, add the vegetables and meat to the pan one after the other. Spread the stock cubes evenly and then put the meat on top. Put the lid on the saucepan and let it cook for 30 minutes.
  • Now mix everything well and add lemon juice and water almost to the edge of the kettle. Now add the spices (in my KB) under the link = Biggi`s Zaubergewürz 2.0 >>>>> and herbs. Mix everything well again and let the soup simmer for 1 hour with the lid closed.
  • Actually, it only needs to be served now, but I also add bread (homemade, of course). I also put pepper and salt on the table. This soup is placed on the table in the kettle and everyone helps themselves - in terms of quantity as they like.
