Herb and garlic mushrooms

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 2 garlic cloves (or more if you like)
  • 1 shot of dry white wine
  • 2 shots of olive oil
  • 1 handful of parsley, flat
  • 2 tbsp Italian herbs, frozen
  • 1 shot of balsamic vinegar, dark
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean the mushrooms. Leave small mushrooms whole, halve large ones. Chop the garlic and parsley. Heat a pan without oil until very hot. Add the mushrooms and fry, stirring. Then stir in the first splash of olive oil and the garlic and continue frying. Season with salt and pepper. After a short while, add the splash of white wine, reduce the heat, and simmer. Stir in the Italian herbs and parsley. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the second splash of olive oil and the balsamic vinegar. Season again to taste. Delicious warm, lukewarm, or cold as an antipasti.
