Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g cream cheese, quark or sour cream
  • 50 g cream
  • 1 pack of frozen herbs (Italian herbs or herbs of Provence)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 dashes lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Press or finely chop the garlic clove, mix with the remaining ingredients, season, and you’re done! Depending on your taste or what fresh herbs your garden has to offer, you can vary the herbs endlessly. It goes just as well with radishes, cucumbers, carrots, and kohlrabi as it does with baked or boiled potatoes or grilled dishes.
