- 1 smaller White cabbage (white cabbage)
- 1 size Red Onion
- 1 small Red chilli
- 1 small Rapeseed oil for frying
- 2 tablespoon Brown sugar to caramelize
- 3 tablespoon Vegetable stock powder margin no. in m. Kb
- 1 tablespoon Ground caraway
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce sweet
- 15 ml Rice vinegar
- 300 ml Water
Instructions

- Cut the cabbage into noodles - cut the onion into leaves - cut the chilli into small cubes
Preparation herb
- Roast the onion in rapeseed oil - caramelize with brown sugar - add the cabbage and chilli and roast with it - season with vegetable stock powder, soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt and caraway seeds - deglaze with water and then cover the cabbage and steam it over a low flame for about 25-30 minutes
pasta
- Boil the pasta in good time before the herb is cooked - pour off the water and place the pasta in the pan with the herb - mix everything together well
Postscript
- a whole krauthappel is always too much for us .... therefore I always freeze part of the finished cabbage mixture and then only need to freshly cook the noodles when the time comes ...
