Herbal Muffins with Cream Cheese Filling

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Eggs
  • 120 ml Oil
  • 200 g Natural yoghurt
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 40 g Frozen herbs, to taste
  • 200 g Flour
  • 200 g Whole wheat flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 12 tsp Cream cheese
  • Cooking fat

Instructions
 

  • Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  • Mix the eggs, oil, yoghurt, salt and herbs well. Mix both types of flour with baking powder, add to the egg mixture and knead into a smooth dough. Shape half of the dough into 12 small balls and press into the indentations of the mold. Make a small depression in the middle and add a teaspoon of (herb) cream cheese. Shape the rest of the dough into 12 balls, press them flat and cover the cream cheese with them.
  • Then bake for about 30 minutes.
