Herbal Muffins with Cream Cheese Filling

- 2 Eggs
- 120 ml Oil
- 200 g Natural yoghurt
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 40 g Frozen herbs, to taste
- 200 g Flour
- 200 g Whole wheat flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 12 tsp Cream cheese
- Fat for the shape
- Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
- Mix the eggs, oil, yoghurt, salt and herbs well. Mix both types of flour with baking powder, add to the egg mixture and knead into a smooth dough. Shape half of the dough into 12 small balls and press into the indentations of the mold. Make a small depression in the middle and add a teaspoon of (herb) cream cheese. Shape the rest of the dough into 12 balls, press them flat and cover the cream cheese with them.
