  • 1 pack of salted herring (matjes fillet), cut into pieces
  • 2 onions, cut into rings
  • 1 jar beetroot, diced
  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled, diced
  • 1 apple, peeled, cleaned, diced
  • 1 small jar of mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 3 jacket potatoes, peeled, diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 30 minutes

Mix everything well and let it steep.
