Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g peas, frozen
- 1 ½ liters vegetable broth
- 3 eggs
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the peas in the vegetable broth until tender. Whisk the eggs with the spices and add enough flour to form a thick batter. Scoop small balls of flour with a teaspoon and let them simmer in the broth.
