Hoci’s Homemade Almond Fan
The perfect hoci’s homemade almond fan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 125 g Almonds
- 75 g Butter
- 38 g Sugar fine
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp Honey liquid
- 3 tbsp Cream 30% fat

- A friend of mine had his 65th birthday last weekend (yesterday) and ordered a few pies and cakes from me for his party. Since I wanted to share the results with you, I decided to add the photos after the recipe description for the almond fan. The almond cake was of course also an order. so and now to the recipe for the almond fan
- Short and painless: heat the butter in a saucepan, add sugar and vanilla sugar and heat while stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Then add the cream and honey to the boil briefly, then add the almonds and mix well. Remove from the fire and place in the baking dish, distribute well and evenly and then put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees, middle shelf for approx. 10-15 minutes. The length of time varies as it is up to you how dark the fan should be.

- Do not cut the fan while it is hot, as this can lead to burns. In the cold state it is difficult to cut because the fan can break. So there is only one thing left for you (just like I did) wait until the fan is lukewarm. have fun guys 😉
