Homemade crunchy muesli

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 200 g oat flakes, coarse
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • 50 g almonds, coarsely grated
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon
  • 2 pinches of vanilla
  • 2 ½ tbsp oil, neutral
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 100 g raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Cooking class recipe

Heat the oil and honey in a pan and simmer for 2 minutes. Add the cereal mixture and toast for 5 minutes, stirring. Add the raisins and toast over low heat for another 5 minutes. Let the muesli cool and serve with fresh fruit and dairy products. Variations: Use sesame seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, or cranberries instead of raisins. The muesli will keep for about 3 weeks if stored in an airtight container.
