Ingredients
- 125 g Honey
- 60 g Butter
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch Ground cloves
- 250 g Flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa
Instructions
- Heat the honey, butter and sugar in a saucepan, melt them and put them in a mixing bowl. Then let it cool down.
- Gradually add the egg yolks and spices to the honey mixture. Mix the flour with the cocoa and stir with the honey mixture until a homogeneous, somewhat firmer dough is formed. If necessary, knead by hand.
- Roll out the dough about 0.5 cm thick and cut out cookies. Bake at 175-200 ° for about 15 minutes.
