Ingredients
 

  • 125 g Honey
  • 60 g Butter
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Ground cloves
  • 250 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa

Instructions
 

  • Heat the honey, butter and sugar in a saucepan, melt them and put them in a mixing bowl. Then let it cool down.
  • Gradually add the egg yolks and spices to the honey mixture. Mix the flour with the cocoa and stir with the honey mixture until a homogeneous, somewhat firmer dough is formed. If necessary, knead by hand.
  • Roll out the dough about 0.5 cm thick and cut out cookies. Bake at 175-200 ° for about 15 minutes.
