Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 kg carrot(s)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 100 g cheese, grated
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Preheat oven to 180°C. Peel and slice the carrots. Then cook in salted water until al dente. Drain and place in a casserole dish. Mix the honey into the still-warm carrots and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown. It’s easy to serve with vegetarian or meat dishes.
