Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g duck breast
- 2 tbsp honey
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 carrots
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- sesame oil
- Salt
- pepper
- Ginger, ground
- turmeric
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cut the duck breast into strips (remove the skin first, if desired). Marinate in honey and soy sauce for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, clean and chop the vegetables: Cut the carrots into thin strips. Slice the spring onions into rings. Dice the bell peppers. Sauté the vegetables in a wok with a little oil. Season with salt, pepper, ginger, and turmeric, if desired. Then remove from the wok. Toast the sesame seeds in a little oil. Add the marinated duck breast and fry until crispy. Then add the vegetables and heat through. If you like sauce, you can add about 50 ml water and 50 ml soy sauce. Serve with rice.
