Horn pasta, woodcutter style

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g pasta (croissant)
  • 120 g cooked ham, cut into cubes
  • 120 g breakfast bacon, cut into cubes
  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 small pepper, red mild, cut into fine cubes
  • 6 large mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • some butter
  • ½ dl white wine
  • 2 dl cream (full cream)
  • 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp basil, freshly chopped
  • some salt and pepper
  • 30 g cheese, grated Sbrinz

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. While the pasta is cooking, heat the butter in a pan and add the onions, garlic, bacon, and ham. Add the peppers and mushrooms and sauté until the liquid has dissolved. Deglaze with the white wine, reduce, add the cream, and bring to a boil briefly. Season with salt and pepper, and add the herbs. Drain the cooked pasta well, toss with the sauce, and arrange on four warmed plates. Sprinkle each portion with a little Sbrinz and serve immediately.
