Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp brittle
  • 1 lemon slice(s)
  • 100 g chocolate, white, dark or milk
  • 800 ml milk
  • n. B. Coffee liqueur
  • 1 pinch(s) cardamom powder
  • 120 g cream
  • 4 tsp chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 16 minutes

Chocolate in all colors: white, dark and milk

Grind the brittle in a food processor and fill into small bowls. Prepare four large glasses or cups and moisten the rims with the lemon slice. Then dip the rims of the glasses into the brittle crumbs, tapping them lightly to remove any stuck-on pieces. Allow the brittle edges to dry thoroughly. Roughly chop the chocolate and bring the milk to a boil in a small saucepan with coffee liqueur and cardamom, if desired. Then remove the milk from the heat, add the chocolate, and stir well until the chocolate has melted. Pour the chocolate milk into the glasses. Finally, whip the cream until stiff peaks form and sprinkle the chocolate shavings on top.
