Ingredients
 

  • 10 Red peppers
  • 20 g Ginger
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 150 ml Walnut oil
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Remainder of the rocket pesto about 30 ml

Instructions
 

  • Cut the peppers into rings
  • Clean the peppers and cut into pieces
  • Peel the ginger and cut into sticks
  • Put the vegetables and the spices in the blender with a dash of oil
  • Gradually add more oil until the desired consistency is achieved
