Hot Pepper Pesto

The perfect hot pepper pesto recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 10 Red peppers
  • 20 g Ginger
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 150 ml Walnut oil
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Remainder of the rocket pesto about 30 ml
  1. Cut the peppers into rings
  2. Clean the peppers and cut into pieces
  3. Peel the ginger and cut into sticks
  4. Put the vegetables and the spices in the blender with a dash of oil
  5. Gradually add more oil until the desired consistency is achieved
