Ingredients
- 10 Red peppers
- 20 g Ginger
- 1 Red peppers
- 1 tsp Salt
- 150 ml Walnut oil
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Remainder of the rocket pesto about 30 ml
Instructions
- Cut the peppers into rings
- Clean the peppers and cut into pieces
- Peel the ginger and cut into sticks
- Put the vegetables and the spices in the blender with a dash of oil
- Gradually add more oil until the desired consistency is achieved
