Hot white banana milk

  • 2 pieces of white chocolate
  • 250 ml milk

Heat the milk and chocolate in a saucepan and melt the chocolate. I then whisk everything together with a small milk frother. Peel the banana, cut it into pieces, and add it. Puree everything with a hand blender until smooth. It also works the other way around. First, make the banana milk with the hand blender, then pour everything into a saucepan, add the chocolate, and heat until the chocolate has melted. Whisk again with a milk frother, if desired.
