Cordon Bleu od celera s pireom od slatkog krumpira
Recept za savršen cordon bleu od celera s pireom od slatkog krumpira sa slikom i jednostavnim uputama korak po korak.
Cordon Bleu od celera:
- 1 Celery bulb approx. 1 kg
- 2 žličica soli
- 2 diska Sir s maslacem
- 2 diska Kuhana šunka
- 2 Toothpick
- 4 žlice brašna
- 1 Jaje
- 1 žlice vrhnja za kuhanje
- 100 g krušnih mrvica
- 1 šalica suncokretovog ulja
- 8 velika prstohvata krupne morske soli iz mlina
- 8 velika prstohvata Šarena paprika iz mlina
- Papirnati ručnici
Pire od slatkog krumpira:
- 300 g batata
- 1 žličica soli
- 1 žlica maslaca
- 1 žlice vrhnja za kuhanje
- 3 velika prstohvata krupne morske soli iz mlina
Poslužiti:
- Ostatak prezle ispeći/izrezati
- 2 Small tomatoes
Cordon Bleu od celera:
- Cut the celery into approx. 1 cm thick slices (works best with the bread machine). Cut 4 circular slices in the middle and blanch them in salted water (2 teaspoons of salt) for about 4 – 5 minutes until they are firm to the bite, remove and dry on kitchen paper. Cover the slices with butter cheese and boiled ham. Place the second disc on top and fix / fasten with short toothpicks. Cut off the excess cheese and ham with kitchen scissors. Prepare 3 plates with flour (4 tablespoons), whisked egg with cooking cream and breadcrumbs and carefully bread the celery cordon bleu in it (first in flour, then in the cream egg and finally in breadcrumbs). Place the breaded celery cordon bleu in a pan with plenty of hot oil (1 cup) and fry until golden brown on both sides. Season both sides with coarse sea salt from the mill and colored pepper from the mill and finally degrease on kitchen paper.
Pire od slatkog krumpira:
- Batat ogulite i narežite na kockice, kuhajte u slanoj vodi (1 žličica soli) oko 20 minuta, propasirajte kroz kuhinjsko sito, vratite u vruću tavu i prelijte maslacem (1 žlicom), vrhnjem za kuhanje (1 žličicom) i grubo morsku sol iz mlina (2. velika prstohvata) promiješajte / izbijte gnječilicom za krumpir.
Poslužiti:
- U tavi popržiti ostatak krušnih mrvica, izvaditi i čašom izrezati 2 okrugle šnite. Cordon bleu od celera poslužite s pireom od batata, ukrašen pohanim jajima i malim rajčicama.
Savjet:
- Ostatak celera očistite, narežite na rombove i zamrznite za pohranu.
