Crispy Mediterranean-style pizza

For the dough, combine all ingredients in a bowl or on a clean work surface and knead. Add a little more flour if necessary. For the hummus, puree all ingredients together. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water from the can of chickpeas. Alternatively, you can use ready-made hummus, which you can make more liquid with a little olive oil. Roll out the dough and spread it on a baking sheet. Bake at 200°C (convection oven) for 5 minutes. Then spread the hummus over the dough. Then scatter the pine nuts, pumpkin seeds, and sun-dried tomatoes over the pizza. Bake the pizza for another 5 minutes at 200°C (convection oven). Cut the pizza into 4 slices and garnish with arugula.
