Hungarian chicken legs

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 chicken thighs, 250g each
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • 4 onions
  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 2 bell peppers, green
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the chicken thighs, pat dry, and rub with the spices. Peel and quarter the onions. Trim, wash, and slice the peppers. Brown the chicken thighs all over in hot oil. Peel and press the garlic. Add the onions and peppers and roast briefly. Pour in the cream and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in the sour cream at the end. Season everything again with salt, pepper, and hot paprika. Serve with potatoes or rice.
