Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g beef
- 1 tbsp lard
- 3 garlic cloves
- 500 g onion(s)
- 1 ½ liters of broth
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 can mushrooms, heads
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- 1 jar red wine
- salt and pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- Paprika powder, mild and hot
- marjoram
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the beef into small cubes and brown in the lard. Add the finely chopped garlic cloves and onions, as well as the finely sliced bell peppers. Season generously with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, and marjoram. After briefly browning, add the broth and bring the soup to a boil. Simmer over medium heat for about 1 hour. Then reduce the heat further until the soup stops boiling. Add the mushrooms, cream, and red wine. Mix well again and season to taste.
