Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 small white cabbage
- 750 g potatoes
- 750 g onion(s)
- 1 kg minced meat (half and half)
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Chop the cabbage, onions, and potatoes into small pieces, then layer the cabbage, onions, ground beef, and potatoes in a suitable pot or roasting pan. Season well with salt and pepper. Add 1 cup of water, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer gently for about 1 1/2 hours. Mix everything thoroughly, season to taste (salt and pepper), and you’re done.
