Ice: Dark Whiskey

The perfect ice: dark whiskey recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 ml Milk
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 6 Egg yolk
  • 100 g Dark chocolate couverture
  • 60 ml Whiskey
  1. Bring the milk with the cream and 75 g sugar to the boil. Beat the egg yolks with the rest of the sugar.
  2. Add the hot cream-milk mixture to the egg, whip over steam and peel off to the rose. Stir in the whiskey, let it cool and put it in the ice cream maker.
