Ingredients
- 300 ml Milk
- 200 ml Cream
- 150 g Sugar
- 6 Egg yolk
- 100 g Dark couverture chocolate
- 60 ml Whiskey
Instructions
- Bring the milk with the cream and 75 g sugar to the boil. Beat the egg yolks with the rest of the sugar.
- Add the hot cream-milk mixture to the egg, whip over steam and peel off to the rose. Stir in the whiskey, let it cool and put it in the ice cream maker.
