Iceberg lettuce with chicory and carrots and a cream dressing

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • ½ iceberg lettuce
  • 2 chicory
  • 2 carrots with greens
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp tarragon vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop and wash the iceberg lettuce. Chop and wash the chicory. Wash and grate the carrots. Finely chop the carrot tops. Mix the dressing together and season to taste. Mix the carrot tops into the dressing. Mix the dressing into the salad.
