Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 jar feta cheese, in oil
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 2 bags of ready-made salad mix with garden herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Prepare the ready-made mix according to the instructions, but use the oil from the feta cheese. Add the drained corn, feta, and diced onion. Trim the iceberg lettuce, tear it into bite-sized pieces, add it, and mix everything together well.
