Indian yogurt salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 m.-large onion(s), red, cut into fine rings
  • 1 handful of coriander leaves, medium-finely chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 250 g natural yogurt or curdled milk
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes, diced
  • ½ cucumber(s), peeled and diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Knead the onion rings and coriander leaves with the salt and mix with yogurt or sour milk. Add the diced tomatoes and cucumber, mix well, and let it marinate for a while before serving.
