Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 350 g minced meat, mixed or only pork
- 500 ml tomato(s), pureed
- 750 g potatoes
- 3 bell peppers (pointed peppers)
- 100 g cheese (Emmental), grated
- 2 onions
- 5 carrots
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Boil the potatoes in their skins, let them cool, peel them, and slice them. Peel the onions, chop them finely, and fry them. Then add the minced meat and fry them thoroughly. Chop the peppers and carrots and fry them briefly. Then add the passata and bring them to a boil. Season to taste. Place the potato slices in the bottom of a casserole dish (I use the Ultra 3-liter from Tupperware), season with salt. Pour the meat sauce over them, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake at 170°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes.
