Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 lettuce(s)
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 3 slices of Gouda
  • 3 slices of cooked ham
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Tear the lettuce into small pieces and wash thoroughly. Drain in a colander. Boil the egg hard for about 10 minutes. Then rinse under cold running water, peel, and chop. Chop the ham, cheese, and onion. Place everything in a large bowl. Mix together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper and drizzle over the salad. Mix well and serve.
