Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ring/s meat sausage, approx. 500 g
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 5 large gherkins
- 1 small jar of pearl onions, approx. 190 g
- 2 cups of mini mozzarella, approx. 150 g each
- 1 pack of cocktail tomatoes, approx. 200 g
- salt and pepper
- Balsamic vinegar
- olive oil
- 200 ml water
- 1 handful of basil for decoration
- 1 ciabatta
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with mozzarella, tomato and basil
Cut the sausage into thin strips or slices, and dice the bell peppers and pickles. Halve the shallots and mozzarella balls, and quarter the cherry tomatoes. Place everything in a bowl and mix with salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, oil, and water, and season to taste. Garnish with the basil leaves and serve with ciabatta bread.
