Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 snake cucumber(s)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp wakame
- some sesame, black and white
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
with sesame
Peel the cucumber or cut it into short, finger-thick sticks. Soak the wakame in a bowl with a little water for a few minutes, then squeeze it dry and mix it with the cucumber sticks. Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil over the cucumber and serve sprinkled with sesame seeds. It’s a great accompaniment to pan-fried salmon with koumi sauce!
