  • 1 shot Shot of sunflower oil
  • 1 shot Homemade vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp Crème fraîche with herbs

Instructions

  • Put the onion with the oil in the kitchen fairy and make the necessary settings Temperature: Set to 90 degrees Level: 1 Time: 5 minutes
  • After the onions are steamed, add the pumpkin pieces, pour the vegetable stock that I boiled, close the kitchen fairy with the lid and set the settings: temperature to 90 degrees - level 1 - time 20 minutes
  • With the settings, the machine works the pumpkin with the ingredients into a delicious soup 😉 and is ready after the time without me having to do much 😉 ... also a kitchen fairy 😉
  • Put the soup on plates / in bowls, add a spoonful of creme fraish and swing the spoon 😉 Bon appetit
  • Of course, this can be done conventionally in one pot ;-)))
