Kitchen Fairy: Pumpkin Soup with Crème Fraîche
The perfect kitchen fairy: pumpkin soup with crème fraîche recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Hokkaido pumpkin
- 1 half Cut the onion into small pieces
- 1 shot Shot of sunflower oil
- 1 shot Homemade vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tsp Crème fraîche with herbs
- Put the onion with the oil in the kitchen fairy and make the necessary settings Temperature: Set to 90 degrees Level: 1 Time: 5 minutes
- After the onions are steamed, add the pumpkin pieces, pour the vegetable stock that I boiled, close the kitchen fairy with the lid and set the settings: temperature to 90 degrees – level 1 – time 20 minutes
- With the settings, the machine works the pumpkin with the ingredients into a delicious soup 😉 and is ready after the time without me having to do much 😉 … also a kitchen fairy 😉
- Put the soup on plates / in bowls, add a spoonful of creme fraish and swing the spoon 😉 Bon appetit
- Of course, this can be done conventionally in one pot ;-)))
